The pack itself is fine, but the straps and the fastening/tightening system is extremely poor. Once fastened, it becomes loose incredibly easy, even with the slightest movements, and does not stay tight at all. This makes the pack unusable sadly. Please address this issue.
My usual go to bag when I’m heading out to work. Able to keep my phone, powerbank, and other little things stowed away with ease. Metal buckle is an absolute plus.
